River Market District - 400 President Clinton - Little Rock's River Market District encompasses much more than the original River Market that was housed in a single building. The area now extends several blocks in all directions and is home to many restaurants, lounges and hot night spots. The Clinton Library, or Clinton Presidential Center, is being constructed at the east end of the River Market District. Souvenirs, floral arrangements, art, and specialty shops dot the landscape.
