DISH Satellite TV is the fastest growing multichannel TV provider for the past four years and ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction among satellite and cable TV subscribers, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Syndicated Cable/Satellite TV Customer Satisfaction Study.

The J.D. Powers survey ranked Dish NetWork highest in customer satisfaction areas of billing, cost of service, offerings and promotions.

In June 2004, DISH Network was also ranked number one in customer satisfaction in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) study conducted by the University of Michigan Business School. The study ranked DISH Network well above all cable companies.

Customers can choose from numerous packages beginning with the basic 60-channel package, a 120-channel package, a 180-channel package, and the America's Everything package. Some packages include sixty channels of Sirius radio. Latino packages are also available.
