The election process in Arkansas and around the nation is flawed, to say the least. People in Florida cannot punch holes correctly. Voting machines cannot count votes correctly. Et cetera, et cetera. Even the Supreme Court had to select the President of the United States in the year 2000. Therefore, a NEW ELECTION PROCESS should be implemented at which all candidates kneel next to a bathtub filled with water. Next to the bathtub will be a teaspoon, a cup and a bucket.
There will be one rule: Empty the bathtub as quickly as possible.
